At UsYours, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
β The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
β The item must be in the original packaging
β Proof of purchase or order number is required
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

π« Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at:

If the tracking information has not updated for more than 20 days, we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either:
β A replacement shipment, or
β A full refund
Please note that shipping delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasons may extend delivery times.
π¬ Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking information shows βDeliveredβ but you have not received the package, please follow these steps first:

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
While we will do our best to assist you, UsYours is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
